Crafting Focus in the Digital World

explores how our daily lives have become deeply connected to the digital world. With constant scrolling and the overuse of social media, it is easy to lose focus on the people, activities, and moments that truly matter. This project encourages a slower and more mindful way of living by bringing art into everyday life. As part of the project, I created a series of wearable sculptures, including hats and gloves, using different materials and hands-on making processes. Through exploring nature, experimenting with materials, and working with colour, I wanted to create a tactile experience that invites people to reconnect with the physical world and pay more attention to the present moment.
